I understand that this purchase enrolls me in the Uplifted Membership, a recurring yearly subscription. By checking this box, I agree to the following:

My membership will automatically renew each year unless I cancel before my next billing date.

I may cancel my membership at any time through my account or by contacting support at info@upliftedyoga.com before my next billing cycle. My next billing date is listed on my invoice and/or inside my account.

Cancellations must be completed before the next renewal payment is processed. If I cancel on after my yearly payment has already been processed, that payment is final and non-refundable. Cancellation will stop future billing, but it does not refund the current billing period.

After cancellation, I will continue to have access to the membership through the end of the billing period I have already paid for.

Because immediate access to digital membership content is granted upon purchase and renewal, all membership payments are final and non-refundable once processed.

All course materials, videos, practices, and resources provided inside the membership are for my personal use only and may not be copied, shared, distributed, taught, sold, reproduced, or used by anyone other than me.

I understand that yoga, breathwork, meditation, and movement practices involve physical activity and I voluntarily assume responsibility for my participation. I acknowledge that I should consult a qualified healthcare provider if I have any medical concerns.

I understand that initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or cardholder claim for a valid membership payment does not cancel my membership agreement or replace the cancellation process. Uplifted Yoga LLC reserves the right to provide documentation of my purchase, membership access, renewal terms, cancellation policy, and refund policy to the payment processor and/or financial institution.
